How do I upgrade to ARVX Pro?
Open the app, tap your profile icon, and select "Upgrade to Pro". You can also upgrade when you reach your free analysis limit. The subscription is managed through your Apple Account.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → ARVX → Cancel Subscription. You'll retain Pro access until the end of your billing period.
How many properties can I analyze with the free plan?
Free users can analyze 3 unique properties per rolling 30-day period. You can update existing analyses as many times as you want. The limit resets 30 days after your first analysis.
How accurate are the ARV estimates?
ARV estimates are algorithmic predictions based on comparable sales data and should be used as a starting point, not a professional appraisal. We recommend verifying estimates with a licensed appraiser or real estate professional before making investment decisions.
Can I export my analysis data?
ARVX Pro subscribers can generate PDF reports for any analysis. Free users can view their analyses in the app but cannot export to PDF.
How do I delete my account?
Contact us at support@arvxapp.com with your account email and we'll process your account deletion request within 7 business days. All your data will be permanently deleted.
I found incorrect property data. What should I do?
Property data comes from third-party sources and may occasionally be inaccurate or outdated. Please verify all information independently. If you notice systematic issues, contact us with details.
