Property addresses you search and analyze (coarse location data derived from addresses you enter)

Important: We do not collect precise device location (GPS). Location data is derived only from property addresses you manually enter into the app.

Third-Party Data

We integrate with third-party services to provide App functionality:

Google Places API: For property address autocomplete
RentCast API: For property data, ARV estimates, and comparable sales/rentals
RevenueCat: For subscription management and in-app purchases

Supabase: Secure PostgreSQL database with encryption
Row Level Security (RLS): Ensures users can only access their own data
Encrypted connections: All data transmission uses HTTPS/SSL

Service Providers: Third-party services necessary for App functionality (Google, RentCast, RevenueCat)
